What is Ucraft White Label Solution and what it has to offer?
White Label solution is a web design platform that you can brand and market the way you want. You can easily start a website builder business under your logo and domain name, create and host client websites or let them do that by themselves. It allows you to set your own pricing rules and permissions, create public templates, become a domain reseller and much more.
What is PayGo, and how is it different from White Label?
PayGo is yet another White Label subscription plan where you are charged for the branded websites created on your workspace on a pay-per-site basis instead of a fixed price for a set number of sites. The best part is: the more you grow - the less you pay. You can set your pricing for the predefined plans and get complete control over your websites, registered users and domains connected.
I don’t have any experience with CMSs like this. Is the Ucraft White Label Solution still suitable for me?
The Ucraft website builder and the admin-side of it are both super intuitive. Moreover, we offer support documentation and a dedicated Partner Success Team to guide you through the whole setup and platform management processes.
Which plan should I start with, and can I upgrade later?
It depends on the number of sites you plan to create and the subscription scheme you choose to be charged with.
In you opt for the PayGo offer, we suggest starting your business with the lowest plan available. Once you build your customer base, you can upgrade to a higher one. Please note that downgrading your PayGo plan is not possible. It is only available for higher White Label plan partners.
What about hosting?
All the plans come with Google Kubernetes hosting, so the websites created on your platform will require no extra charges. You will also get SSL encryption for free.
Can I create my own pricing model?
As our White Label Partner, you get to set your own pricing rules, create subscription plans and choose how to charge your customers. Ucraft offers a robust set of financial tools on the Admin Dashboard to manage your website builder business with ease.
As for the PayGo partners, Ucraft offers predefined subscription plans where you can decide your pricing policy.
Does the platform come completely white-labeled?
Yes, the solution you get is fully non-branded, with no Ucraft branding mentioned anywhere on the platform. With White Label plans, you can add your brand colors and obtain the look and feel of your business.
Is eCommerce included?
All white label plans cover the basic eCommerce plan equivalent to the Pro Website of our advanced eCommerce solution with all the necessary tools to build and run successful online stores.
Can I transfer the websites I have created on Ucraft to my White Label platform?
The sites built on your Ucraft personal account can be safely transferred to your WL workspace per request to our Technical Team.
What happens to the websites if I choose not to continue with Ucraft White Label?
We hope under no circumstances will you decide to terminate our partnership, but in any case, we have you covered! All websites created on your workspace will be transferred to Ucraft with Ucraft current subscriptions, so your clients’ websites will stay online.
What payment methods can I enable to charge my clients?
Ucraft platform is integrated with Braintree Payments, Paypal, Stripe and Yandex. This means that you can start accepting payments via Paypal, Credit Cards, Yandex.Money and more. We will also consider adding any new local payment gateway to your system.
Can I add my own integrations or widgets to the platform?
Our team is always open to feature requests from our Partners. So feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries on custom widgets, new platform integrations or UI/ UX updates.
